The New York State Association of Counties (NYSAC), represents, educates, advocates for and serves member counties and the thousands of elected and appointed county officials who serve the public. NYSAC informs its membership and the public at large on issues of importance to county governments. In partnership with PERMA, NYSAC supports the formation and efficient management of group plans that stabilize and lower the cost of VFBL and workers' compensation for counties and their local governments.
